The Central Única das Favelas (CUFA) and the Frente Nacional Antirracista (FNA) have been tirelessly working for over two months to address the aftermath of the devastating floods in Rio Grande do Sul. Through their efforts, approximately 3,500 tons of donations have been collected and distributed directly to those in need. Contributions through the PIX key have enabled the provision of essential supplies and support for affected favelas and periferias.
The campaign is organized into three phases: immediate rescue and shelter, assessment of financial and material losses, and long-term restructuring and rebuilding. We are now in the third phase, focusing on restoring normalcy and rebuilding the affected areas.
